Framework cotutelle agreements represent a way in which two partner institutions confirm their interest in collaborating in the field of cotutelle studies. They also establish certain parameters for the collaboration and may specify individual aspects of cotutelle studies conducted between the two partner institutions.
Together with a framework agreement or independently, a bilateral template may also be created and approved. Both institutions will use this template when concluding individual cotutelle agreements. The bilateral template can greatly simplify the subsequent process of preparing and approving individual cotutelle agreements, as it predefines a significant portion of the parameters and aspects of cotutelle studies conducted between the two institutions.
Currently, Charles University has concluded framework agreements and bilateral templates for cotutelle agreements with the following institutions:
Dresden University of Technology (Technische Universität Dresden)
School for Advanced Studies in the Social Sciences (L’École des Hautes Études en Sciences Sociales)
Sorbonne University (Sorbonne Université)
Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg
École Pratique des Hautes Études |
