Students have the opportunity to apply for a newly announced position for doctoral studies in the cotutelle scheme, which will take place between Charles University together with the Institute of Physics of the Czech Academy of Sciences and one of the collaborating institutions in Germany – Universität Konstanz or Technische Universität Dresden.
The collaboration between the institutions is conducted within the framework of the Programme Dioscuri, which is jointly managed by the Max Planck Society and the Czech Ministry of Education and Science since 2021. The selected participant will become a member of the research team of the prestigious Dioscuri Centre for Spin Caloritronics and Magnonics at the Institute of Physics of the Czech Academy of Sciences and will also receive financial support from a research grant.
• Start of employment: Oct 1, 2023 or later
• Part-time or full-time on an agreement
• 1-year contract with possible extension of up to 4 years
