Each year, the Barrande Scholarship Programme offers scholarships to PhD students studying at Czech and French universities in the "cotutelle" scheme.
Scholarships are awarded to PhD students studying in cotutelle scheme for each research stay abroad. Each year, the scholarship holder completes a five-month study abroad stay of a maximum of three years (a total of 15 months over three years).
A student from a Czech university will receive a scholarship of 1,000 euros per month under the Barrande programme and a student from a French university will receive 25,000 CZK per month during their stay in the Czech Republic.
The application process is currently underway. You can apply until 12 February 2023.
